- DEERS DD-1172-2 (if dependents are not listed on orders by name)
- Most recent EOM LES
- IPPS-A Absence Request
Other Eligible Tenants

Tenants:
- Recent Paystubs (2 months)
- Orders/Letter of Employement (if applicable)
- Additional Income Verification for a spouse or co-habitant (if applicable)

documents:
- DD214
- DAS Retiree Account Statement for Applicant
- Additional Income Verification for a spouse or co-habitant (if applicable)
- Photo identification for all occupants over the age of 18
