- Cadence Communities utilizes a third-party rental scoring agency for credit and background checks. Click here to review the Rental Scoring & Your Rental Application document. Each occupant 18 years and older must pass all applicable criminal history checks. A $30 application fee will be collected per occupant 18 years and over. For more information, click here.

- DD214
- DAS Retiree Account Statement for Applicant
- Additional Income Verification for a spouse or co-habitant (if applicable)
- Photo identification for all occupants over the age of 18
